Tricia McCauley holds a masters degree in herbal medicine from the Tai Sophia Institute (now the Maryland University of Integrative Health). She's been the resident herbalist at Common Good City Farm in Washington, DC since 2009. Tricia is also a licensed nutritionist, certified health coach, and yoga teacher; through her company Nutricia Consulting, she offers workplace wellness programming and individual consultations. She has always been passionate about making things.
She earned the nickname "leafyhead" by wearing a wreath of cleavers (Galium aparine) in her hair on a whimsical day in an Ohio forest.
